“Was fleeing from hurricane melton with some children whose parents are 1st responders and had to work the storm. Jeff the care taker allowed us to come a little early so we would not have to wait for check in time , I really appreciated his flexibility, says a lot about how they manage the property and the people your renting from. “The home and location were wonderful and having the golf cart available was a definite plus! The nearby Square had a nice array of shops and restaurants for both take-out and dine-in. The property was exactly as pictured and described. Gayle, the host was very responsive to our questions both prior to and during our trip. There were two beautiful pools and recreation centers within walking distance but we took the golf cart ;). Some particularly nice touches were the chilled wine and beer……

“The location is very close to the square so you could walk over or take the golf cart which was great. The house was clean, updated, and perfect for our trip. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This patio villa was perfect! I thought it might feel small, but no! It was perfect for the two of us. The tall ceilings and open feel made us feel right at home. The furniture was definitely chosen with comfort in mind. The king mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on, may be our next purchase for home. It was everything we needed. Highly recommended. Spotless and well appointed as well.”
