“The property was perfect for me as I needed to be close to the hospital which was within walking distance to this location. “This was a great place to spend Thanksgiving! The host was so responsive to all of my questions. I messed up the booking and Dan fixed it up for us no problem. The condo was clean and comfortable. “This is a very well-stocked and comfortable place to stay, and the owner does a fantastic job of communicating and answering questions. My only critique is that it would be nice to have more than one key and fob so that we could leave the building in separate groups without worrying about how to get back in. “The pictures the host posted of the property are deceiving. This rental is not “charming”, it’s very very old & not well-cared of; the stairs to the property in the back (which is the way you are instructed to enter) are treacherous. There isn’t lighting outside to maneuver the stairs and I’m sure they aren’t up to code. You’re met with a hanging chain that hits you in the head upon opening the back entry way door. The main floor toilet had been used and was not clean. There were bugs throughout……

“Myself, with my 2 longtime best friends, stayed 3 nights at the home, from the 13th to the 16th. We visited the Fair, enjoyed some shopping and a lot of time together. The house is welcoming, the reservation process and communication with the owner were hassle-free and prompt. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable. The location was easily accessible and very quiet. I would recommend staying here, 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms offer a great deal of privacy and space. ”
