“We had a wonderful weekend away in this perfect size apartment! Our car didn’t move the entire time we were there! We walked to the farmers market, dinner, brewery, morning coffee and even took in some art at the sculpture park. All within walking distance! The building is lovely with incredible views. Plenty of space, clean location, and very comfortable! Additionally; if you’re looking for a yummy and elegant but not snobby dinner spot I would recommend Django! It’s just a block away and……

“The pictures the host posted of the property are deceiving. This rental is not “charming”, it’s very very old & not well-cared of; the stairs to the property in the back (which is the way you are instructed to enter) are treacherous. There isn’t lighting outside to maneuver the stairs and I’m sure they aren’t up to code. You’re met with a hanging chain that hits you in the head upon opening the back entry way door. The main floor toilet had been used and was not clean. There were bugs throughout……

“Myself, with my 2 longtime best friends, stayed 3 nights at the home, from the 13th to the 16th. We visited the Fair, enjoyed some shopping and a lot of time together. The house is welcoming, the reservation process and communication with the owner were hassle-free and prompt. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable. The location was easily accessible and very quiet. I would recommend staying here, 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms offer a great deal of privacy and space. ”
