“From the staff to the cleanliness of the room to the indoor pool/jacuzzi to the outdoor patio to the scenary to the bar this hotel by far is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time! “This is a somewhat quirky, but pleasant place to stay in Ruidoso - better than most motels designated as “budget.” If staying when nights are quite chilly and you plan to arrive after dark, ask that your room be “preheated.” Our room was freezing when we arrived and it took awhile to bring it up to a tolerable temperature with the gas heater in the room.
