Located in the center of the Bella Vista campus, cottage 3 sleeps two on a queen bed. Walking in, you notice this cottage's warm feeling, from the pine walls to the inviting furniture. You will want to put your feet up as soon as you arrive. This cottage sleeps two on a queen bed with an open "studio" style feel. Our cottage is decorated with bright and warm colors, which makes it feel very cozy. There is a small gas fireplace that feels so nice on winter nights. There is handcrafted artwork on the walls. We have an indoor hammock to relax on. No matter what the weather is outside, you can still enjoy it. There is a full kitchen to prepare your meals and a large bar for seating or meal preparation. The bathroom has a separate sink/ vanity for getting ready and a 5' tiled shower. The cottage has a closet and dresser drawers to tidy your clothes for your stay. You can see the small portion of the lake from the kitchen windows, but this cottage isn't "lakefront." You can walk to the lake in less than one minute. The attached patio is just outside the glass sliding doors, where you can grill your dinner on the provided gas grill. There is a firepit for this cottage down the steps and gravel path.
As our guests, you'll have access to three docks, a man-made beach, and a charming pergola at the beach. We provide boats free of charge for those who love the water, ensuring everyone can enjoy the lake. Life jackets are also provided for your safety and peace of mind (bring special sizes). The docks, beach, and boats are shared. We have lots of boats; no one will go without them.
We provide essential cookware and kitchen tools, dishes, and flatware, a microwave, toaster, and regular coffee maker, dining room-bar seating, great room living room space, leather sofa, chairs, daybed, trundle, queen bed, ceiling fans, heat, AC, sheets, quilts or comforters, standard pillow, and bath towels. We even provide a couple of rolls of TP and paper towels. We've considered everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
We understand that your furry friends are part of your family, and we're delighted to welcome them at Bella Vista on Autumn Lake! Bring a maximum of 2 pets (with an additional $100 pet fee) and let them enjoy the vacation with you.

Please enjoy the entire cottage and furnishings, including the fire pit, grill, and attached deck. We also have Wi-Fi for guests who need to work from the house (it works great, but we can't guarantee service). This cottage is connected to our storeroom but has a separate entrance and is not shared with guests. Please note that I might occasionally be in the storeroom for laundry.
Autumn Lake has gravel walkways, a lake shore and a man-made beach, three docks, a sitting overlook, a pergola, several boats, flotation devices, and a brook shared with La Bella Vista guests. The boats available include kayaks and flat-bottom row boats. Cottage 3 is Located in the center of the Bella Vista campus behind cottages 1 and 2.
Although there are no stairs inside or to the entrance, please note that it is not wheelchair accessible. Also, note that there are stairs from the back deck to the firepit. There are gravel paths to the lake on the property.

Autumn Lake is catch & release to preserve great fishing for years.
Fisherman, WELCOME; please, no corkers on the decks or indoors.
No fish cleaning on the property (fees will be assessed).

Pets must remain leashed, flea-treated all seasons, and not allowed on furniture. No dangerous breeds for insurance reasons.
To avoid any potential disruptions, we highly recommend considering trip insurance. Insurance can provide peace of mind, whether it's a health issue, a family emergency, or any other unforeseen circumstance. Please take a look at our cancellation policy.
Suggestions to Pack:
Bring body soap, shampoo, spices, cooking oils and condiments, salt/ pepper, and sugar.
Bring floats to float around Autumn Lake.
Bring fishing gear, beach towels & water shoes

Bring matches and a fire starter log.
Bring special pillows, pots, and pans you may need.
We sell wood on-site (seasonally). Please bring cash or ask me to add it to your reservation. It's a self-service site.
Note seasonal ATV trail closures and vehicle restrictions. Trails are typically open from April to mid-October, but exact dates vary. They are closed permanently during hunting season. It is also important to ensure your vehicle is approved for our trails.
