“It was the best hotel in every aspect. The biggest issue was that we visited during the off-season, and it would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance that the restaurant, pool, and activities would be closed. “Booked last minute after my flight home was cancelled at boarding. Nice hotel not too far from the airport. Very cheap given it was out of season. Breakfast was included but given the late arrival I opted for more sleep. The staff were excellent, particularly the guy at the front desk on arrival who helped us print out new boarding passes to save queueing at the airport.”

“Very nice hotel and all inclusive was so handy, especially with children. We were surprised to find well stocked shops on the premises downstairs, that was handy and a huge plus.it was very thoughtful to offer a late breakfast every day especially for customers who had to get used to the 3-hour time difference. Service was excellent in every way, can't fault it. Swimming pool, sauna, massage etc were luxury that I don't see in many hotels. We stayed during the quiet time of year so we had space……

“We had 3 weeks at Mavi and stayed in a basement apartment. The apartment was great and every day a cleaner came in and serviced it. We hadclean towels every day which was great. Unfortunately the water company turned the water off for 2 days. It was a pain but Mavi offered us somewhere to shower and although it wasn't their fault were really apologetic. The staff are lovely and helpful and i would definitely stay in one of their apartments again”

“Excellent seafront hotel close to centre of Güllük. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Parking was available in front of hotel. There was a market very close by on a Thursday. “Old hotel in big need of renovation. Location is good and pool and beach is good, but restaurant and staff would benefit from an upgrade.
