“The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete.”

The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! Great area with a clubhouse down the road for use. Would definitely stay again! ”

“Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again.”

“We had an incredible stay at this stunning mansion with our group of friends! The six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms gave everyone their own space, while the common areas were perfect for gathering. The basement game room became our entertainment hub - who knew ping pong and pool tournaments could get so competitive? “We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire.”

“The home was comfortable and was located in a great location. Owner described property accurately. Our only concern was there were guests in the garden apartment and their child was very loud. We had a hard time falling asleep at night. In the upstairs bedroom you can’t hear the garden apartment but you can in downstairs bedroom. ”

“ Easy to reserve, easy to communicate, and plenty of space for a college visit weekend. (Near Skidmore campus -- 8 minutes driveway to driveway.) Big shower, good furnace, fine hot water and fine furniture. We were comfortable to watch a scary movie, and enjoy eating take-out together (although the kitchen has plenty of cooking supplies, too).
