“The two biggest surprises were Viktor, their 3 day a week hiking guide, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were in planning our hikes and how to get there. Also, the complimentary bus pass to the awesome local bus service that can get you to and from hikes. Otherwise, it’s just a lovely hotel. ”

“Could not have asked for a better experience than this. We enjoyed every moment of our trip, it truly felt special and exciting. The spa was relaxing, the dinner was a fine dining experience that felt elevated and also wasn’t overly expensive. We felt like royalty staying here. The customer service was also exceptional, the front desk employees were all very welcoming and friendly. A very classy hotel in a beautiful part of Italy. We will be back. ”

“I travel a lot and this was the best stay I’ve had in years - maybe ever. Everything about the hotel was perfect. The views couldn’t be better; the location was perfect; the town is a charming jewel in the Dolomites. Every detail was thought through and organized. The dinners were some of the best I’ve ever had and breakfasts were fantastic. Most importantly, the staff made me feel like I was staying with friends. “Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay.……
