“This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples. “Faced No issues even during times of COVID. Yes some facilities are unavailable as a measure of precautions (like food, newspaper, etc.). But the room was clean, the staff was readily available on call. Thanks a lot. ”

Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option……
