“I had stayed at this property a year before and there are constant improvements being made to the facilities and the area around it. The beds aren't the typical foam mattresses you can find elsewhere, they are nicely firm.”

“The hotel staff are all confused and unprofessional ! In the web site of the hotel, it says, checkin starts at 8 am (due to early arrivals of boats from the islands), but at 9:30 am we were told that the earliest check in would start at 2 pm! We also had two rooms reserved, but the front desk clerk told us that her paper work shows only one room! She had no computer to check the reservations from Expedia. We were forced to contact Expedia, ask them to send us two separate confirmations to show……
