“We were pleasantly surprised as wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Everything was as promised, room was large, clean, comfortable and warm. Little extras such as magnifying mirror, room spray and to go breakfast. Really would recommend and we would certainly stay again but for longer. Really lovely little gem! ”

“We love this hotel, it has great modern warm rooms, very comfy bed. The staff are fantastic, professional and friendly.The food ( we ate in the bar) is simple and lovley - breakfast amazing (dont like the new servers /counters tho so impractical) then the spa area - this is why we come back, jacuzzi and sauna brilliant as ever - pool a bit cold this week - please turn it up 😀”

“The Bell is a great place to stay in Tewkesbury, directly across from the Abbey. A good size car park, free for residents. Our room was in the main building and was comfortable but slightly dated. Noise from the next door rooms was also noticeable. The staff were excellent, explaining at check in all the options for dining especially as they were very busy with Christmas parties. ”

“This property is outstanding in its location, in its cleanliness and comfortable room. Run by Joan, who is extremely helpful with any queries you might have, going out of her way to assist, she is a real professional, and likewise the waitress we had was exceptional. The accommodation was possibly the best we've ever had for peace and quiet, and again the breakfast was superb, one of our best ever we've had. We are looking forward to returning whenever we get the chance as it's so good. ”

“Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. ”

“What an amazing stay we had! The Fleet Inn only has 3 rooms and we were very well looked after, including the dog. Lovely location beside the river with a nice beer garden and terrace, and outstanding food! We will be back!”

“Seven Stars is a quirky old building oozing charm with its old beams and wonky floors. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious and it is located in the heart of Ledbury. Whilst there was not a dedicated parking area, the public car park is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Parking is free there between 6 pm and 8 am. ”
