In the room itself, 2 of the 3 lamps had broken bulbs. In the bathroom 2 of 3 lights had a broken bulb or no bulb, the garbage can was broken, the toilet paper holder was missing, the Kleenex was empty. The tv is blurry and the remote barely worked. The hotel staff was talking about customers at the front desk.
For a place to lay down, it was okay. For customer service, you need to work on training your staff. For someone who has worked customer service their whole life, this was poor.
