'S'hort den Pep de Barcares' is a modern luxury villa, just 150 meters from the sea. This finca is located in the exclusive residential area of Barcares, just around the bay of Puerto Pollença and a short walk from the old town of Alcudia. There are four large bedrooms on the first floor: two doubles and another two with twin beds (can be served as single or double). There is also plenty of space for extra beds (two are available for a fee). All rooms on the first floor have ensuite bathroom with shower and hair dryer. There is a second house just 10 meters from the main house. This second house has a double bed plus a sofa bed, bathroom ensuite, private terrace and kitchen. Glamor, luxury and space continue in the gardens with a large pool surrounded by teak deck and cooled by the sea breeze. There is also lawn, fruit trees, a barbecue and a ping-pong table.The covered terrace is a fabulous space with cane sofas and dining chairs around a long table, in the shade of a retractable awning. The gardens are very cozy for families and the pool area is very private with open views across the fields and trees to the La Victoria mountain. 'S'hort Den Pep De Barcares' is a wonderful house by the sea ideal for large groups, just 150 meters from the sea and the golden sand beach of Platja Es Corral d'en Bennassar, with Barcares beach also close and the Old City of Alcúdia only 300 meters away. It is also just a few minutes drive from endless beaches, shops and restaurants in Puerto Pollença. This Villa was built in 2008 and has been redesigned in April 2016, with new furniture and appliances to give a warmer and more comfortable character. Photos of the newest area will arrive soon.
