Pet Deposit (Refundable) $100 per pet
Reason for deposit to not be refunded
Smell of urine
Substantial amount of hair in linens (bed sheets, blankets, towels)
Any amount of pet hair on soft surfaces (couch, chairs)
Urine stains inside or outside
Failure to clean up dog poop
~ If a guest is eligible for a pet deposit refund, the refund will be processed within 7 days of departure.
~ Any last minute booking we will require a photo of all adults Drivers License
~ Our early check in fee is $30 so we can expedite housekeeping and get you settled in by 2 pm
~ Our late check out fee is $50 per hour, 1pm is the latest we allow, anything requested past this would require you to book for an additional night
~ Our properties are cleaned and disinfected with scent-free products as well as treated with pest repellant that is non toxic
