“I had an ocean front suite,which was very huge and spacious .The bathroom was amazing newly renovated, very modern and palatial . Some members of staff needs retraining, their mannerism and attitude is not befitting for a service industry but i must commend my house keeper Sharie, Melody and the female chef from the buffet dining their demeanor and helpfulness was so much above the rest. Entertainment was good.”

“Nice property located on a private beach. Food was good for the most part but some of the restaurants were not that good ie. The Asian restaurant fuzion and Italian. The French restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet was always on point. The hotel staff were amazing and overall vibe was fun and relaxing. If you get nitpicky you may find the property a bit outdated but if you’re ok with a few kinks you’ll be fine. ”

“ Great customer service for everything Proximity to the ocean/pool -The food was ok Drinks were great -No room service/food delivery option -Daily 1 towel limit -Short beach but 3 hotels connected within this chain that you have access to as well to walk further. -While it’s all inclusive we wanted to tip. The only way to do so is with cash/Jamaican money and there’s no ATM onsite but you can get to one by walking if you feel comfortable and then you can get cash or Jamaican money. ……

“When reading other reviews and they complained about the food options, I thought maybe they were just picky. Nope, the food is not so great. You won’t starve to death, but you won’t be impressed either. We did go to hip strip to eat lunch at The Pelican and the food was amazing. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. You do need reservations for the hibachi restaurant and it was booked our entire stay. Call the front desk to find out the activities for each day, as they are not……
