The desk person was wonderful. Great smile, very personable, and helped with several issues we had with the room.
Check in was fast and efficient.
The hotel is undergoing renovations, so the pool and hot tub area was closed. The hallways had small construction debris, especially in the staircase.
The room was clean and well stocked for coffee.
We had no TV remote, and the one they brought up didn’t control the TV. Quickly corrected at the desk by programming the remote properly.
The shower had not been cleaned well (water spot residue), and the open design causes water to get on the floors. Our soap and shampoo/conditioners were all used - again, it was quickly remedied by the front desk clerk.
Breakfast was good - advertised as continental, but also had scrambled eggs and sausage with waffles, too. A little slow on keeping things full, but not bad. The breakfast area was too small especially with a full house.
Overall, the stay was good but the price not. Charging full price when half your amenities are unavailable (and NOT mentioned on sales websites) makes the stay over-priced.
