“The room itself was fine. I was in a suite, but it was oddly set up. There was clearly a spot where a couch should have been, but instead it was empty. No real place to sit and eat within the room aside from a small table near the kitchen that would fit one person. Outside of the hotel is a highway and it was constantly noisy. This might be true of many hotels in Cairo, but I found all the honking and noise to disturb my sleep. English communication was difficult unless speaking to the front……

“Buyer beware. We’re Americans and this property doesn’t have a bar. There is no rooftop pool. Br akfast is poor,….. really. And, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room or the lobby, so frustrating. By the way, our gid and driver were fabulous!! Do yourself a favor and get a room in Giza.”

“The hotel somehow exceeded our expectations price versus service. Maybe is not a 4 star in European standards but the price we paid against other big name hotels in downtown Cairo is unrivalled. The superior double room are very spacious and clean and provides a fridge (very noisy tho and kept us awake until unplugged) and a big wardrobe with a safe, tho didn’t work in our room. We reported it to the receptionist but nobody fixed it. They usually tend to tell you yes yes yes to please you, but……

“This is a dirty hotel with thief staff stealing from customers! The sheet is dirty which I asked the reception to change it for me, so they said they will send someone to change it. However it has never been done. The room was corrupted, the wall conner the bath room is so dated and nothing in good condition. The breakfast is also the worst among all the hotels I stayed in Cairo. The best part is the staff steal 1000 USD from my wallet! 10 notes of 100 dollar bill. The thief did not take……

“This hotel was great. It is right by the river nile. I was able to see the Pyramids from my hotel room and get a view of the Nile river. In the morning you could see the sail boats. It was fascinating. The staff were excellent, v. friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Asmaa. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was awesome.
