“It is an amazing and beautiful hotel. We met the most nice staff there. Every staff we met and chatted are very kind and helpful. The services we received from the chief concierge Mr. Mimouni Youssef and Mr. Ankit from laundry depot are very impressed. They are knowledgeable and professional. “The staff were all kind and it was a comfortable hotel. There was an Indian restaurant on-site so there was no problem with food, and the location was good, just 15-20 minutes walk from Mutrah Souq. As it is an old hotel, the toilets and shower rooms were a bit dirty. Overall, it was excellent value for money.”

“We love this hotel. The location is ideal for those needing to be close to a mall and there are many other shops nearby. The staff is great at making you feel welcome and the food is good.Best of all is how clean this hotel is. My one complaint is that last time we booked a room for two yet there was only towel for one in the bathroom. We called down to report the oversight and were promised more towels but no one came.”
