「I spent 2 blissful nights relaxing here in a panoramic ocean view room which definitely lived up to its name with spectacular views free rom large windows and a balcony. The restaurant and rooftop bar/ lounge are super friendly and the live music on one night was amazing! The infinity rooftop pool was refreshing and again... those views is Hotel has an elevator which is an added bonus too and there is a free shuttle to Jungle Beach!」

「It was an amazing stay with my parents and my grand mother. Good access, nice pool, beautiful sun sets and most importantly, excellent service. Can improve on extra bed (for a triple room) and better range with the breakfast buffet (need sea food) 」

「Nice facility, our room was fairly unique with some fake rock. Our daughter's room had a cool outdoor bathtub. You get great use of two other Thambapanni resorts in the area. Rooms are large and interesting. Very musty. The air conditioner needed to be maintained to keep mildew out. Clothes drying rack, nice bathroom and good breakfast. Super accommodating staff. Unawatuna is a bit of a Russian tourist trap. Aggressive tuktuk drivers and merchants. Jungle Beach nice but crowded. The Sea Waves...

「What a beautiful hotel! We stayed in an exquisite villa with the beach at right outside our doors. The enjoy the sunsets from our bed was truly spectacular. A lovely and welcoming staff who catered to our every need. The food was good - but I prefer the menu at their sister property, Kayaam House. But Ahu Bay has THE BEST coconut toffee! Thank you to wonderful staff who were so kind and helpful, especially Nilanga and Kasum.」

「The Fort House is an amazing 17c building sympathetically renovated and centrally locatedwithin the fort . The staff were lovely and always attentive. For the first time during our trip we had traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts . Interesting, educational and tasty. The room was comfortable with a four poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. We highly recommend The Fort House.」

「I can't imagine there being a better place in Galle. Peaceful. Quiet. Lovely owner. She was so nice to us, my wife was pregnant and even let us stay a bit longer whilst we waited for our taxi as she wasn't feeling well. What a lovely human being! We were welcomed with drinks and a hotel towel. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are really nice. Highly recommend.」

「My family ( 2 Adults , 1 infant , 1 kid ) loved the 5 night / 6 day stay at Taj Bentota for many reasons : - Quality of service was excellent . Sam , Nuwan , Ravindra at the Palms restaurant made sure we felt at home. 「One of few hotels with its almost private beach. Boutique but a little rough around the edges - so what if nothing is perfect - this isn’t Maldives. Great food, really friendly staff. No loud music and respectful guests. They are offering a great product, that’s why guests return. Easy tuktuk to busier area and boats to take you elsewhere. We were genuinely sad to leave. 」
