“The facility was being remodeled and ours was one of the last rooms waiting to be remodeled. The hotel was nearly empty at this point. Everything was a mess throughout the property. One night the fire alarm went off just as we were falling asleep. It turns out it was set off because of dust on the top floor. We waited outside for half an hour until the alarm was shut off. There was no hairdryer in the room so had to ask for one at the front desk. ”

“The lobby is only open until 7 PM, so don't miss that detail. The room has no ice trays, no coffee maker, no silverware, no plates, no pots, and no pans. I was just shocked no coffee maker at a minimum as most hotels have that available in the room. The staff is very nice. ”

“We were staying there 4 nights and I was trying to do the laundry once. I went to the front desk to buy the 1 dollar to get the detergent, and I put 2.5 USD like 10 quarters in it. As a result, the washer didn't work. So I went to the front desk and the other staff went to the laundry room with me. The staff tried to put the quarters in it, then washer did work. How come? I put 10 quarters and I need to put anther 10 quarters to do the laundry. I told the staff I already I did put 10 quarters……
