“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. “The hotel itself is beautiful. So is the pool area. The deluxe king room was nice but we got stuck with a ground floor room. Windows looked out on to a parking lot. Beds were not comfortable… had a hard time getting a hold of anyone on the phone. But they reach out via text to check on us so that was nice. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel.
