"We stayed in Santorini for two days 3/31 through 4/2/25. Our room was amazing. We stayed in a honeymoon suite. Views of the volcano, a balcony with a hot tub. Absolutely breathtaking views. The regular rooms are definitely cute & cozy, but I would not recommend more than two people in a regular room, it’s like a cave, pretty cool looking, but on the smaller side. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The two ladies who worked there, Athena and Vanessa, were very nice, sweet and accommodating. The reception office closes at 4:30, but they have a phone number posted and you can reach to them at any time via WhatsApp messaging. The breakfast provided was very nice and fresh, not heavy. You also have options to order more, different types of food and pay extra. But what they provided was plenty. The coffee is delicious! variety of juices, etc.. very good location. It’s about 15 minute walk down into town. You definitely get a work out walking back up the hill to the hotel though Lol but considering how much we were eating… It was good exercise to burn some of those calories! A lot of restaurants were closed because it’s low peak, but they were still plenty that were open. We had a really nice stay, I definitely recommend staying at the IRA hotel. "

"Everyone here was so nice, and the customer service was top tier. They offer transportation as well as help with carrying your bags to and from the room (which you definitely need given the amount of stairs that’s surrounding the property). The rooms are unbelievably gorgeous and offer stunning views. Breakfast was delicious, and every part of the villa was so clean. By far one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed. The next time we go to Santorini, we will be staying here again. "

"Excellent place to spend time in Santorini . Room and view were just awesome. We had a fantastic stay . Irini , Alex and Andreas were just amazing and accommodated all our needs like daily breakfast and handling our luggage ,booking our activities and transportation . Be ready to walk up and down very steep stairs but is completely worth it ."

"Service was on point. The only thing that was a little hard it was the night time. No buses to the center, and last bus take off from the center at 6pm. "

"Very good hotel, we had an excellent stay, food was amazing, the buffet is a standard hotel buffet type food but they do change it up each night but the a la carte restuarnts for us were amazing, we had great service and great food. Portion sizes at the greek and italian were huge so we way over ordered, possibly could of done with a little more at the asian and mexican but the dishes we all had were superb. Only grumble on the food is that there isnt much for kids, they didnt do smaller portions of the main meals so seemed like a lot of waste to order a main for a child. However we did sometimes get them a starter instead of a main then went into the buffet restyarnt afterwards if they were wanted somthing else. They were never hungry! The information and opening times of everything could be better, the creperie/ice cream place is advertised on the app to be open from 8.30 but doesnt open til 10, but there are no opening times at each bar/restaurant so unless you look on the app you dont know. And it would be good to have a bar near the splash park with drinks and ice creams but other than that we had an amazing time and will go back. "
