The other queen beds are upstairs without a bathroom which we missed when we booked. A second bath is on a bungalow in the back, requiring going outside to visit. Location was excellent.”

“We were looking for a weekend getaway that wasn't too far away but still offered all the beauty of a pastoral countryside. Within a couple hours, we were at Nick's spacious and inviting home, with everything we needed to make our weekend wonderful. We really wanted for nothing. While there were plenty of sleeping options, we chose the room with double queen beds and slept like babies!! We cooked every meal throughout the weekend and always had everything we needed in the well-equipped……

“We had a great stay here while in Charlottesville! It is super convenient to downtown and we walked for coffee in the morning and dinners in the evening. The house is great with tons of character and the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The internet and other facilities were great. Would highly recommend.”

“The house is beautiful and has lots of bedrooms and a nice deck with seating. Host was proactive and timely with information regarding check-in and checkout and left a nice gift for us. House is beautiful -only thing to note is that there’s not a huge living space. We were a group of friends up for the weekend and would have liked a few comfy couches/oversized chairs for hanging in. ”

“The house was great for a family of five. With 3 bedrooms, everyone had space to spread out. The dining room table was great for playing games. However, the cleaning crew needs some retraining throughout every room in the house. The kitchen could use a few more amenities like a toaster and coffee pods for the Keurig, however, if you don't plan on cooking any meals at the house or you bring your own coffee/tea, you will have no problem. A plus is the very user-friendly lock.”

“Super cute stay. They did offer private parking but I drive a big truck and wasn’t able to use it. Super hospitable. Had a cute welcome sign with my name on it. The internet went and they communicated asap and tried to assist with anything needed. Super nice and close to a lot of things to do. ”

“Perfect location in the heart of residential C-Ville. Charming historic cottage with modern updates - the perfect size for a small family (we stayed with our 6yo and he loved it - especially the super cool loft and backyard) or small group of friends. The owners (who live nextdoor and are super nice and accommodating) have thought of everything…and there were tons of nice little touches like eclectic record and book collections, kids games, and a great sound system. ”
