“The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were amazing and very good with the children - the meals were worth the money! Our room was immaculate! The facilities were fab. Only niggle was the phone didn't work in our room and so I had to go to reception to order room service... “Great customer service especially from the lady checking me in and the lady serving at the bar/restaurant. Both were very friendly, professional and helpful. The check was fast and the service at the bar/restaurant was excellent. The food was really nice as well. The room was large and comfortable but just a little bit noisy. “I like staying here to unwind and have a relaxing break away from normal work life and I can always work well from their lovely spacious rooms. Only down side this visit was the noise from neighbouring rooms and it unfortunately lasted most of then night as I could hear them vomiting and falling over in their bathroom (a little too much alcohol perhaps).”

“All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious.
