“We had a really lovely stay at Pony Paradise. Clean, comfortable, cozy. House comes with a linen package and I’m always weary of the sheets/towels a place offers but theirs were really nice! I will say that the beds are quite small but we made do for our short stay. Check in time at 4pm is rough- even a 3pm would be helpful but again, you make it work. “I recently completed a stay at Waterfront Wonder. There were no problems with Seaside Rentals. The staff were helpful and answered my calls. I rented this place for specific reasons. I needed a first floor bedroom for my 84-year old mother. I needed a place that was pet-friendly for Mom's dog. FYI, yard is not fenced for dogs. “Have been coming to Chincoteague every year for 30+ years! LilyPad2 is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. Home had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and all the cookware needed. Plenty of parking for 3-4 trucks, private deck, and a charcoal grill which worked out perfect. We will be back next year!”

“This property was perfect for us. It was clean, nicely decorated, more than enough kitchen supplies, and within walking distance of town. The sunroom was really cute but extremely warm. My son was comfortable sitting out there with the fan on though and made use of the room. The location also was close to Tom's Cove Campground where our other son and his wife were camping, so it was easy to get together with them too.”

Randy was very accommodating and asked that you respected his property and clean up after yourself and your pets which is to be expected were I come from, a small ask. He had plenty to offer.
