“Stayed for one night. The room was fairly clean and I found the bed very comfortable (I like firm mattresses). I had a kitchenette in my room and everything worked as it should. The only downside is that I saw three small roaches in the kitchen area and bathroom. Despite that, I would likely stay here again.”

“The staff at this property are very courteous, and friendly. However, the property is under construction and the carpets in the rooms desperately need to be cleaned. I couldn’t walk around barefoot they were that dirty. ”

“We stayed here one night so we could go to the Sugar Cane Festival on our way home from Texas to Tennessee. This apartment was great. Really comfy and roomy for my husband, me and our dogs. Great location to walk to festival. Will stay here again if we're in the area!”

“This was my second time staying here and it is absolutely beautiful! If you love all things art, vintage, and history, you’ll love this home. The home is always spotless. The kitchen is stocked for every need and the towels are stocked for plenty of showers! Although we didn’t use it, the fire pit was ready for use as well! ”

“We stayed at Chateau Royale over the Thanksgiving holidays to visit family. It came highly recommended to us from our family nearby. The experience was better than great. The chateau is clean and cleverly Cajun style with a giant back patio overlooking the bayou (not the prettiest water but that’s no fault of the chateau). Next time we go to New Iberia we will first check on Chateau Royale’s availability. ”
