The reception and the management lack of hospitality, as well as efficiency and reactivity solve small problems such as : No towels or soap in the room, no remote control for the tv, cold cooked dishes at the restaurant, extremely high prices for a dish of simple plane pasta (30000 NGN) while the complete buffet is at 21000. Of course I refused and somehow the price went down to 18000!!!!!

Try to avoid if possible
The room was large and relatively clean. However, no soap or towels in the bath room. Very bad internet connexion with frequent interuptions. Non functional remote control for the TV (no batteries) and very bad reception of the TV. The room safe box was out of order (again no batteries). The reception team, with very few exceptions, and the management were neither friendly nor effecient).

This is one of the best hotels in Abuja. I love their staff; they are welcoming and friendly. Lovely gym, serene environment, nice buffet, etc. I didn't enjoy the internet. It was crappy and I had to use mine throughout my stay. Complimentaries like toothbrush should be kept in rooms for travelers who didn't come with theirs.
