“Our room in the square block (we’d seen the unnecessary negative reviews before we’d arrived) behind the pretty white main house, came as a very pleasant surprise. The room was newly furnished, to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Positive feedback….great for one night, but a little more storage or even a couple more wall hooks to pop coats and hang towels etc are needed. The real added bonus was the lovely warm pool, hot, hot-tub and steam & sauna rooms, just perfect, when you’ve been……

“This was our 9th time here, as a group of fellow motorcyclists, this place is a Central meeting place for all of us. The Dog house could do with a lick of paint, but it is clean. Good selection of drinks, decent meals and a good breakfast. ”

“離主要交通要道溫德米爾有些距離，若是自己沒有開車，會有一些麻煩。還要走個10分鐘到小鎮上搭公車。交通會是最主要一個問題。房間因為是百年老房子，房間內設備簡單，上下舖單人床，感覺更像青年旅店。不過服務親切，湖區風景優美。會讓人不想拘泥於這些小節。”
