“Property is a bit tired and grubby and would definitely particularly benefit from new bathroom tiles and kitchen cabinets. The issue was its proximity (or lack thereof) to Oxford center or having any cafes or restaurants near by. Its location meant that any foray into Oxford even for good eating options needed you to drive in (it’s a 40 minute walk otherwise) and taking a car into Oxford isn’t a great experience.”
