“This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. ”

“The place was beautiful, clean and cozy. The neighborhood while being rated "dangerous" was quiet and calm. We were suprised by the neighborhood at first, but never had any issues. Check-in was easy, but it is a keyed entry and the key had a mind of its own so it took us a couple minutes to get in. It was a tight entry through two doors and immediately downstairs into the basement, but once there it was very spacious and enjoyable for the whole family. I would stay again.”

“It was disgustingly dirty. Paper thin walls doors and one cheap IKEA clearance style bed. 1 towel was offered for a three night stay for two people. No toilet paper. We stood in the cold for twenty minutes waiting and calling for instructions to enter the property. When we finally received a stop calling me what do you want text message. “This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.”

“This was the day after the Crowdstrike computer glitch and we received no information about accessing the property and the link for directions took us to the wrong address two blocks away. When we got to the right address, we had to call the manager to get access to the rental after 9pm. The house is on a nice street and there are several units on the property, so finding ours was a little tricky. I did not see a hot tub anywhere. We also did not find a futon, but there was a decent blow up……
