“Fast check in, convenient, clean and professional staff ”

“Quiet. Owners were very helpful with info about Carthage. Close to downtown if driving. Pretty lake across from the far end of the motel. Walking trail around it. Room was not cleaned after the first night. We had to go to the office to get clean towels and washcloths the next morning. The room was cleaned well after that.”

“Good location for Joplin Missouri. Choice of restaurants near by and short distance to interstate. Rooms with small kitchen area for extended stays. ”

“The environment is quiet, the staff are very friendly, though it is just three star hotel, but the service is absolutely better than most of 5 star hotels, I took the airplane from NYC through Chicago to Juplin, united airline did not send my luggage with my same flight, and the hotel manager tried to lend me a car seat personally, it is unbelievable kind service, at all, you could trust them, I feel really warm in such winter windy days! ”
