“No room upon arrival at 12:45pm, and the reception told us to wait for 40 mins so we went out to have a quick lunch. We ended up waiting for 2 hours to get into the room. Also butler services didn't help at all. No replies/ very slow replies from wechat, and eventually we had to go downstairs to pick up our own food delivery. We waited for 40 minutes for the butler to reply. ”

“my first impression is great but I changed my mind on the check in process. The front desk staff asked my check in information. then I gave him the booking number from Hotels.com and he said thats not available. However, I gave my Passport and my I.D. card for him for checking my booking status. He replied me that is not match information. It is because he didnt use my first name to check it. It made me so mad and feel disappointed. wasted my 15 mins to find my booking. this is not……

“20-25 mins walk from the closest subway station. Very nice design. The hotel is now called "Meetni", at least that is the name on the building and at the reception. This hotel is not used to foreigners, but the staff is super helpful even if they don't speak English.”
