“Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Monarch restaurant was amazing as well enjoy the view and food. We stayed for my spouse’s bday I mentioned that to them and they upgraded us to a junior suite complimentary. Grounds clean. Staff friendly. Recommend it.”

“Está muy bien pero le falta personal porque no se dan abasto. Por otro lado, me correspondía un ascenso de categoría que no me dieron. Solo me lo dieron cuando les dije que lo pagaría. Lo molesto es que Expedía diga que por la categoría que tengo me darán ciertos beneficios y no es cierto. En el check in Mencioné nivel que tengo con expedía para que me hicieran el upgrade de habitación y me dijeron que no, entonces pregunté que si lo pagaba me harían el ascenso y así sí me lo hicieron. “The customer service is bar none. For example, I mentioned in passing that I was running my first marathon as I was checking in. At turn down service I was provided a bowl of fruit, water, and two handwritten notes of encouragement. Following the race I received congratulations notes at turndown. This was just the tip of the iceberg. ”

“The Las Colinas area is gorgeous. The Ritz property on the golf course blends in and looks great. We had a great visit and throughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We had great food, drinks, and experience at Knife Italian. There was a bit of a wait for room service at times, but the food was delicious. 10/10 over all. ”

“Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!”

“The property itself was fine, though there were some issues like the shower not draining properly, missing door handle to the closet, light bulbs out in the bathroom. The biggest issue was communication with Regal Stays. I initially booked for four days and had to extend it. When I called to extend the satay a guy answered who seemed to be at home or in a loud area. I didn’t get any official receipt for my extension, he just sent me a link to pay. But there was no confirmation email or text,……
