“Let me start by saying the staff at the hotel were amazing. Whether it was front desk, valet or pool bar, everyone was great. The check in area and rooms were also very clean and serene. The only issue we had was in the pool area. We stayed at Nobu 4 days and the first 2 days the pool had trash blowing over the deck and into the pool and there were no towels available. When we asked for towels it took almost an hour to get them. The last two days it was completely different with no trash……
