“We had a great time here for a long weekend away. We were only a couple miles from downtown Manchester and about 25 min away from Stratton Mountain. The only thing I wish about this place was that breakfast was provided earlier than 8am. I would definitely come back! ”

“Fantastic! We plan to return in the next two months! My fiance and I stayed here for snow and ski at Stratton. We LOVED the 1960’s-1970’s style of the rooms but everything was so clean well kept we felt right at home and comfortable (unlike staying at larger chain hotels where you feel you need to check for bed bugs no matter what -not here!) “The Motel was very inviting and very quiet. Loved the easy access to the room and ease of taking dog outside. Didn't love the location - Travelocity said it was 9.57 miles from Stratton Mountain - the drive was actually 33 minutes. Breakfast was exceptionally light (toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit) with no orange juice on the last morning. The good far outweighed the bad - the bed was super comfy and the water pressure in the shower outstanding.”

“My wife and I selected Palmer House based on the photos on VRBO. Upon driving the property towards our room we suddenly realized things looked different. Upon entering the room we noticed a distinct smell. The bathroom shown online looks very nice and updated with a beautiful shower, white cabinets and looked very modern. Ours was nothing like that.
