「The staff were fantastic and so friendly! It was a very busy weekend with the flower bloom. I had higher expectations for the Pendry on cleaning and attention to details as my room felt slightly dirty and the hallways always had something gross on the floors, but nonetheless I really enjoyed my stay. Bar Pendry was a memorable evening, and the fitness facility was top notch. Moonraker is great for a view but service is slow so just be prepared for longer wait times. A great few days for my visit...

「The hotel service is very good, the hygiene is good, but the air conditioner in the room is loud, and there is also the sound of running water, the shower head cannot be held by hand, it is very old. More importantly, the adjustment function of the shower faucet is not normal, and the water pressure is also low.」

「There wasn’t much to like about this place we I came in it was dirty and had bugs missing items they claimed to have I guessed I made a mistake and reported it to Expedia I got a phone and was threaten not to ever leave a bad review on there again I better call them first. After not receiving toilet paper or a blow dryer I bought my own and I requested that I didn’t want anyone in my room ( I left out the part I had to clean up the apartment cause there was trash and left over toys for other...
