“We stayed for a week and it was amazing. It is very expensive. The resort is well taken care of. Staff was all friendly and pools were very well maintained along with other facilities. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was decent and drinks good at the hotel restaurants we dined at. It was busy with kids since it was spring break so definitely family friendly. Problems with the extra keys and a lot of walking to get to some areas of resort but that was expected. Didn’t realize many……

“We loved the seclusion and gorgeous setting. Pool is lovely and overall we liked our room. We were a little disappointed that with our casita we could hear everything in the adjoining space through the door that links the two rooms. I could hear normal volume full conversations. Given how quiet and serene everything else this was a let down. Also the water in our shower could have been a tad bit hotter. Appreciated being able to made espresso in our room each morning and listen to the birds……

“Beautiful property, staff was friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were excellent. The down sides are not much around outside of the property to do that was close by, and charging the “resort fee” on check-in day was a bit much considering check in isn’t until 4 pm. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.”
