“I most definitely will stay at Baywatch again. The young lady at front desk helped me with the change of our room. I was put on the 15th floor but my disable friend was with me and wasnt comfortable being that high up so the nice young lady, I'm assuming she was manager change us to a lower floor. So i was very thankful. I will be back.”

“Just ok. For an off season I wasn’t expecting spectacular. Starting with the good/great..location is perfect. Steps away from the boardwalk but also a convenient drive to nearby locations. Beach access, pool, hot tub and outside bar are great amenities! The ok/or just fair review..rooms are bit dated with an “old” smell. The front desk is very unwelcoming. No nice decor to welcome you to the beach. Not convenient to get to being located on the 2nd floor which leads to parking which is……

“Paid for a double bed and got a single. The room was still under construction. In the closets were paint cans and materials. On a positive note, they are remodeling the rooms and the progress looks nice. If we had got the double beds and the remodeling was complete, I would have recommended this hotel. ”

“Nice Hotel but since price doubled, last Feb we paid about $100/ni, now $200/ni off season, will go back to Grand Cayman Resort about half the price. We liked being able to charge our EV on the 4th & above floors at Avista but the $10 in KWH energy usage didn't offset the huge price increase.”

“We stayed here for 7 days and it was a great little spot. We went in off season when it was colder so we couldn’t use the outdoor pools however the indoor pool was fantastic. The rooms are way bigger than I expected also super clean. Lots of towels and bedding. The arcade was huge and super clean, the playground was ages 5-12 so not great for little ones as it’s high and dangerous. “The rating must definitely must be fudged for starters, this place has the worst cleaning staff ever they should be fired immediately. I wonder how they live if this is what they think clean is. For starters I walk into a room and both beds are unmade yikes! Nasty! Creepy! Cringy! I wasn’t sure if someone else was booked there at the same time. Super scary!
