“Superb environment and wonderful hotel but our room’s toilet cistern was broken and it took 3 requests for to be repaired effectively. Front desk had to be reminded twice. Despite this comment we will definitely be back. ”

“Beautiful property, and the staff and service was top notch. Property was also walkable to some good restaurants. Beautiful views and the pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. The cons were the wifi was spotty and made it difficult to work as planned. Also, no gym. But the pros were plenty - every inch of the property was special. We’d go back when able to truly disconnect. ”

“Service was excellent; weekend breakfast french toast was frozen; WIFI in "The Retreat" was "fair" -- not good enough to stream; WiFi in "The Viilla" was excellent. Elevator broken so if you're on the 3rd floor and you have a lot of luggage, it's a problem. ”
