“The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to……

“Overall the house was excellent. Plenty of room and lots of things to do at the house. House was huge with plenty of room! The only negative thing and it’s very minor is/ was the hidden fees. They don’t show up till you are purchasing. Expect a cleaning fee and if you don’t want to travel out to Scottsdale to get the key then expect another fee. These should be disclosed in description. I expected some of it since it is like an Air BNB place. Again minor detail. Overall very excellent house to……
