“The rooms are nice, and the location is good. There's no one at the desk past 6-ish. It took me three phones and a couple of texts to figure out the keys to the room, but it was a minor inconvenience. I will definitely stay here again when I get back to Portsmouth.”

“My wife and I stayed at the Grasshopper Inn, and had one of the best hotel experiences out of all of our trips so far. The property was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and quite new. The rooms were comfortable, large, and quiet. And we had convenient parking with a reserved space. However, the highlight of our experience was the customer service. Mark was absolutely wonderful and made us feel at home. He gave us great tips for food, parking, and sightseeing, and called us in advance of our……

“The service was not top notch for the price. Family pool was too small. Spa lacked a sauna and steam and had a small waiting area. We liked the overall ambiance, charming main lobby and outdoor shower in the room. The room overall was good. But other than the person at checkout who was great, we did not feel the other service people were excited to have us there. ”

“This was my first long vacation I have done. First off, the host was amazing! Very good communication and very helpful. My family doesn’t like to leave a place dirty and we went to the beach a lot. I asked if it was possible to get a bigger broom & mop and she ordered them for us to use while we were there. This is also in a quiet spot on the strip.
