“Beautiful views. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent massage by Cassandra at the spa. Learned a lot from Jessica, the farmer, at the barn. MVG would be a great place for a knitting or weaving workshop and to learn more about the wool, etc. Might be nice to have their yarn in the gift shop. By magic ( or hard working staff who came in at 3:30-4:00 am) Christmas decorations were all in place the day after Thanksgiving (when we had a delicious buffet).Also meals at the……

“The Bretton Arms Inn is downhill from the Hotel Mount Washington. We could use all of the facilities (pools and fitness center as well as the many restaurants and the shuttle bus to the main hotel and to the ski area) at the Hotel Mount Washington. Our room rate included a continental breakfast buffet with a number of healthy options parking was close by. ”

“The room we stayed in needs to be updated. The bathroom was extremely small. The bathroom could not have possibly met safety standards. The bedroom floor was extremely slanted to the right of the room and also toward the entry of the room. We moved the bed in an attempt to make it level without much success. There was not an adjustment to the heat system making this room quite warm. We were led to believe that breakfast was inculded in our stay which it was not.”

“洗手间，淋浴间偏小，没有独立空间”

“It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience……

“The Inn was so beautifully decorated and the landscaping was incredible! The view out every window had a spectacular view of Squam Lake and the fall foliage. Breakfast was included and was very delicious. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back.”

“The cottage was very nice but our view was a construction site.”

“We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. ”
