“The hotel is clean and the breakfast is tasty and lots of choice and even we can pick items from the menu without paying extra. It is vert closed to the Gloucester Road Station and you feel safe even you return late at night. Will stay again if I come to London next time.”

“We have stayed there for 3 days while the room and surrounding were acceptablly tidy but facilities and response from staff were disappponting. No one told us al the fridge were not working until we asked for, both hairdryer were not working and we need to get it replaced, 1/3 days did not clean our room. Finally, everytime we rang up for help with the above, service desk was not particularly responsive and there was once, thr guy cut me off ”

“Loved that it was far enough from the airport ao there were no loud noises but still close enough to the south terminal that we could make a quick check in. Also, Yashan made our check in process so quick and easy.”

“nearby Heathrow airport. But shuttle bus is taking public transportation. Not so easy.”

“正正常常的一個房間, 交通叫方便, 有24小時巴士經過附近。 最奇怪是淋浴問題, 那個水管太短, 你不可能清洗乾淨下身及腳位。 酒店回覆是安全問題.....那應該全球有好多酒店都十分危險了.... 早餐十分出色, 種類多又豐富, 令人印象深刻 附近也有餐廳, 都不錯的GOOGLE評分4星以上, 價錢合理”
