“You got greeted when you walked in and we even got warm cookies upon checking in ! The staff was very nice and helpful !”

“Beds were super comfy as were the pillows. Room was quiet. Music in the lobby was fun The extra charges for dogs and parking seemed excessive for off season”

“This is a12 unit motel/apartment property just a few blocks from Children’s Hospital and about a mile from downtown proper. We really enjoyed it stay and the communication was proactive so that we felt hosted even without staff on the premises. The walls are thin. ”

“The room was overall nice. It either appeared that the room hadn’t been stayed in for awhile because of the dust that was on the lamps or either dusting isn’t part of the day to day room cleaning. While breakfast was supposed to have been included, it wasn’t because the staff informed us that the cook had called in and there was noone at the moment to prepare food. It would have been nice to have an alternative option and to not hear the staff talk about the staff and management issues.”

“From the first communication to our last the responsiveness was nearly immediate. All my questions were answered and even though everything is handled remotely he took the time to meet me and make sure I had no issues. During my stay there was a winter storm that passed through and he checked on me to make sure all was well and gave me an area icey road update just in case I needed to drive somewhere. All in all this was one of the best visits I have had to Memphis for music in over 10 years.”

“This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. ”
