"Excellent location overlooking the Mediterranean "

"What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!"

"Check in was easy. There was parking which was not always the case in most hotels in Italy. Marco was so nice and bubbly showing us our rooms. Even though there was a language barrier we could understand each other. The hotel was conveniently located near our local family in Diamante and the wedding venue. Loved how beautiful the beach was at the hotel. Each room gets an assigned umbrella at the beach. When visiting family again, we would definitely stay here."

"We arrived early but the room was ready. We received the warmest welcome. By all the staff. Not the most modern hotel , but immaculately clean..the pool area is nice, it has amazing views of the coast, and stunning sunsets. We we're full board, not something we normally have but the food was excellent..Lucia is a very young owner, a lovely man. I wish him well, he and his team deserve to do well"

"The are a number of hidden surcharges. While not excessive or unreasonable, The hotel should do a better job of informing guest of surcharges before a guest accepts the service."

"Be aware that the hotel charges a mandatory supplement (90 euros for a couple for 1 week) for the entertainment (which was OK) and includes pool aqua-aerobics, a singer and concerts every evening, but in my opinion this should be included in the upfront hotel costs, rather than hidden in small print. The biggest negative was that the hotel does not have wifi for the 2016 season (apparently it had it in 2015). The hotel has a wireless router, which you can connect to, but this is NOT connected...

"it's a really nice hotel, bit dated, very gokdbut, and with a lot of buts which should make you think twice before booking. firstly it's an real and adult only hotel - because I saw kids on the hotel floor, in restaurants and worst at the beach, loud and everywhere. terrible quality of Internet for me is a big issue as I need to work from time to time and not be able to make a video call is really bad in 21 century., breakfast was good for Italians not continental, charge for access to spa,...
