“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“Property was great pool staff is amazing ! Only reason I gave 4 stars because if you want extend your room because your flight leaves at 8pm they have no facility nor room to change and cleanup after your flight. Food was incredible rooms are amazing. Glass on a balcony very dirty done expect to enjoy coffee outside in the morning with a nice view. Everything is price bring your money lots of it. ”

“They were doing construction and iHAD to valet the car for a fee that i was unaware of for my 4 days. Then they had to golf cart you to your room. This means you can't get up and go. Cause you had to call for a valet to get to valet to get your car. Sometimes it'll take 15 minutes before they came to get you. One night they never came after multiple calls to the front desk because they were sorry handed. ”

“Beautiful waterfront location, very nice accommodations, clean rooms with all the amenities. Don't bother buying the breakfast ahead of time, there are plenty of options on site that are cheaper and easier. If you bring a car, be aware it is $50/day for parking. Plenty of rideshare options and lots of stuff within walking distance. ”
