“Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent room. 2 bedrooms with a kitchen. Room facilities and kitchen ware were awesome. The settings in the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms made the whole thing cosy. A garage for car parking. Very close to Big Bear Village and the lake, walking distance. Close to nearby supermarket that allowed me to make breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!”

“fabulous and way more than even our most hopeful expectations. the french couple (kris and benoit) who own this jewel show you around and explain the ropes. AND even they are extra special!! we will definitely return and for a longer stay. one night just wasn't enough.”

“Hunter's Retreat is such a comfortable, clean, and lovely home to get away to. Everything that we needed was provided for us and my family had a great time walking down memory lane watching a few of the home's classic movies that are available to watch. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with every serving/cooking/kitchen item one might need. “The stay at the condo was good. The place was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed staying in the condo. However, The checking in process was horrible and a real inconvenience since it is not onsite. I had to drive a few miles and the management place was very difficult to find. It took me over an hour to find the place only to sign a piece of paper. This process could have been handled with an e-signature since it was a keyless entry to the condo. ”

“After arrival the house alarm went off for a good 5 minute blazing sound throughout the whole mountain which the check in desk didn’t even tell us about. Tried to call front desk about 20 times without getting through to them…kept getting me connected to another property. Someone finally came and turned it off while everyone was outside in the freezing snow waiting. I rented this property thinking I was going to be able to use the jacuzzi but when we got there it was dirty and covered with all……
