“The hotel service is generally ok and breakfast is good. The only thing we found inconvenience is there is no shower room or enclosed area for bath or shower. We booked a room accommodation for 4 persons. There is a bathtub not far from the bed and there is no door or blind. Basically the room inside has no privacy for a group of 4 to stay. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night and can take shower after we moved to the next hotel. ”

“Since the beginning of my stay I have been calling the management team as well as the financial team to receive receipts for my stay and both entities have been very unhelpful and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside.
