"The hotel remains 'work in progress'. A busy hotel, the public walkway evidence this. Rooms claimed soecial need special love, rooms are unloved. The steam-room is tiny, however, with the other facilities working there is compensation. Both Blu entitled hotels seen need investment. The staff are great."

"I was driving all through Ireland on my own, and this was my last stop in the west of Ireland. The hotel is in a great location to walk around the city of Limerick. To find it by driving was a bit tricky, and the parking was somewhat limited (but I was able to find a parking spot). The staff was very helpful."

"overall is good one thing want to mention is the night shift staff not too helpful, when i have a box of stuff wanna bin. just point me to certain direction without clear guidance. i need to check anywhere by loading up the box not asking her to help me bin, feel impolite just pointing somewhere, she might afraid i gave her some extra work "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and they had a good set up with a nearby carpark if you wish to park a car. Overall, a great visit."

"Just got back from a 4 night stay, really convenient to travel to from airport, lovely, clean and spacious hotel, staff are friendly, room was good, comfy bed, clean and also spacious, had food couple times in the restaurant and pub, in which both times were tasty and filling. Breakfast was great. Stayed here and travelled to Galway, cliffs of Moher and the coastline and Bunratty, all easy to travel to with use of a hire car. Would recommend and stay again :)"
