“My only complaint against this place would be that I'd like to see more power outlets in the rooms I've stayed in. “The Hyatt Centric is perfectly located walking distance between Beale St and the Mississippi River. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. If you’re looking to dine out and explore there are a lot of nice restaurants walking distance, no need to drive. If you don’t want to go out, the hotel has dining options too! Staff is great, Jesus was exceptional during check in, warm and friendly, service like that is a reason to come back! Thank you Hyatt for a perfect NYE evening. ”

“The room was overall nice. It either appeared that the room hadn’t been stayed in for awhile because of the dust that was on the lamps or either dusting isn’t part of the day to day room cleaning. While breakfast was supposed to have been included, it wasn’t because the staff informed us that the cook had called in and there was noone at the moment to prepare food. It would have been nice to have an alternative option and to not hear the staff talk about the staff and management issues.”

“This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. ”
