“This hotel is very well maintained, the hallways all smell like clean cotton/linen it's a wonderful air freshener. The King room we had was spacious and had a view of the river and the gorgeous sunset. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good, we had breakfast there too and it was also very good.My only complaint was the loud elevator (??) sounds on the top floor even though we weren't near the elevator, it wasn't a big deal. “I didn't realize I booked on the 10th floor. The view was amazing! We were also honored with a full red moon which was stunnind lighting the ocean surface. Crabby Joes was excellent food just a next door. Our hosts were great and the lobby people too. Love, love, love this place!”

“Black Dolphin Inn was a beautiful, clean, and well maintained property. Staff was courteous and helpful with all of our accommodations. Having lived in the area my whole wife I surprise my wife with an overnight stay. We had plenty of room, privacy, and enjoyed dinner nearby at a local eatery. 10/10 would recommend! ”

“There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. Your stay here will inspire you to consider building your own tiny……

“Sand Pointe was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Convenient to restaurants & activities. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The add fir the resort stated 2 hot tubs on property, but I believe it’s talking about another resort managed by the property managing company. Weather was perfect and everyone enjoyed our stay.”

“The Zen Beach retreat was a great property that I would definitely stay at again for a short trip. The only think it did not have was a place to hang your clothes in any room. Other than that everything else was perfect!”

“I will never book anything with ocean luxury again and would never stay here again. As soon as we arrived on Saturday a woman who lived there (apparently a board member) was threatening to have our vehicles towed because we didn’t have a parking pass. The office was closed until Monday so there was nothing we could do.
