“Great staff, helpful and personable! Greatbroom view (upgraded)!! Got some awesome pics. My pet was welcome no problem. My only "questionable" was the restroom which had a used razor and seemed to be mising a towel...not sure if it was thoroughly cleaned last time. Everything else was in order and neat. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Quick check in and able security on ground. Hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable with large screens HD TVs. Housekeeping daily and staff are happy to be able to help. Nice bar and restaurant, convenience of proximity shopping and dining with beautiful surroundings.”

“Quick and smooth check in. Friendly front desk staff. Super clean room. Only two things I was not happy with were: 1. Room was smaller than ones I have previously stayed at same exact property & location. 2. Bed headboard was detached from bed itself and instead attached to wall. I have stayed at same exact property before and did not have above issues.”

“We knew nothing about New Smyrna or the Black Dophin when we booked our trip for a week. What a pleasant surprise. The Inn is facing the gorgeous bay with views of handsome sailboats as the sun comes up. You can have your delicious, daily varied breakfasts brought to your room, but there are very pleasant areas to sit outside in the courtyard or on the front porch. The breakfast chefs are outstanding and Jennifer is always available to help in any way. She found that we had left pills behind and……

“I will never book anything with ocean luxury again and would never stay here again. As soon as we arrived on Saturday a woman who lived there (apparently a board member) was threatening to have our vehicles towed because we didn’t have a parking pass. The office was closed until Monday so there was nothing we could do. Wasn’t made aware ahead of time the exterminator was coming to spray the room and it was mandatory to have access to our room, I would’ve never of booked it due to having 2……

“There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. Your stay here will inspire you to consider building your own tiny……

“The Zen Beach retreat was a great property that I would definitely stay at again for a short trip. The only think it did not have was a place to hang your clothes in any room. Other than that everything else was perfect!”

The add fir the resort stated 2 hot tubs on property, but I believe it’s talking about another resort managed by the property managing company. Weather was perfect and everyone enjoyed our stay.”
